Terms.

Plain terms for a pilot service. They will be revised as the service matures; the current version is always the one at this address.

Published records

• A published record is a compiled reading of a provider's own operational records under the rules described on the methodology page. It is published with the provider's recorded approval and can be withdrawn by the provider.
• Records describe past completed work. Nothing in a record is a quote, estimate, offer, warranty or guarantee of future work or pricing.
• Records may be read and cited with attribution to the record's address. They may not be altered and presented as Service Evidence records.

Providers

• A provider warrants that they hold the rights to the records they upload and that customer details may be processed for de-identification as described on the privacy page.
• A provider approves each publication version. They may withdraw approval, take a record down, or request deletion of their data at any time.
• Service Evidence does not audit the underlying records and does not warrant their completeness or accuracy.

The service

• The service is provided as a pilot, without warranty of availability or of any effect on search engines, AI assistants or customer decisions.
• Automated access to public records is permitted for ordinary indexing and reading. Bulk extraction to build a competing dataset is not.
• Australian law applies.
